Once you have completed the online registration form you will receive immediate online confirmation. It is important to download and print your receipt/summary of registration AND the Parent Guide for all of the program(s) for which you have registered. Summer Residential Camping programs and Day Camp balances are due May 1, 2013 or 30 days before your session if you register after May 1, 2013. If you choose paper registration, the information packet will be sent to you electronically.
Cancelations and Refunds
If your cancellation occurs more than 3 weeks before your camp session, then all fees are refundable, less a $75 administrative charge. If your cancellation occurs less than three weeks before your camp session, then all fees are non-refundable.
Scholarships
Scholarships (Camperships) are available to those who need financial assistance. Online registrants can apply as a part of the camp registration process. If you prefer to register on a paper form, please contact Shelle Hertz, camp registrar, for a registration form. Request a Campership Application if you would like to apply for financial assistance. Cabin Assignments
Campers are organized into groups of 7-10 by age and gender. Campers who are registered for the same session will be assigned with others within 2 years of their age. An “I wish to be grouped with” preference may be indicated on the registration form. Every effort will be made to group your child with the friend of his or her choice as long as the 2 year age requirement is met. To ensure your child is registered in the same session as a friend, please register on the same day. Large groups (7 or more) who request to be in one cabin group will be divided into separate groups. Efforts will be made to house all campers of a large group in the same cabin and schedule many of their activities together.
