CYO Camp Rancho Framasa is proud to employ staff members who are members of the American Camp Association. Developed exclusively for the camp profession, this nationally recognized program focuses on program quality, health and safety issues, and encourages us to review every facet of our operation.
At Camp Rancho Framasa, we are truly a camp family! Some of us live at camp, others live close by. By working at camp, all staff members become a part of the extended camp family. The staff members of Camp Rancho Framasa are a group of dynamic individuals who love camp! Most of all they love the campers and participants who attend the various programs each year. Camp Staff members are committed to making a difference in young lives through the magic they spin at camp. Working in the outdoors with children of all abilities is a calling like no other. The hours are often long and sometimes the weather does not cooperate, but through it all the Camp Rancho Framasa Staff is a dedicated group of people who see the future in our children.
An outstanding camp experience begins with direction and instruction from great camp staff. Each of our camp leaders have many years of camping experience, and our staff are carefully screened and selected. Staff must meet appropriate qualifications including providing references and passing a background check. They are also required to complete and become certified through the Archdiocese of Indianapolis’ Safe Parish Safe Environment child protection program. CYO Camp meets these stringent standards because we believe having a well-run camp with well-qualified staff is the best way to have fun and keep our campers safe.
