School Year Programming runs from mid-August to mid-May; groups stay one, two, or three days in length.
All programming is customized to your group. Activities are selected by you from a menu of options.
Faith programming that meets your group's needs can be incorporated into your trip.
Cost varies based on number of participants, programming and amenities you choose.
A per-person cost will be determined for you.
Please do not let cost be a limiting factor. Scholarships are available.

Ready to bring your group? Fill out this form to get connected. . Be sure you have your group name, the name of your group’s contact person, an address, phone number, email address, dates for your visit, length of your visit, and the expected number of attendees (both adults and children). OR Call Mae at 812-988-2839, x122 / e-mail registrar@campranchoframasa.org .
At the time of your booking, we can also help you with any other questions you might have on meeting rooms or special accommodations.
We will check availability for the dates that you are interested in and confirm whether we have space. Once you have finalized a date, we will create a contract and mail it to you. Review the contract thoroughly. If everything looks correct, return it with a signature and a check for the deposit. The deposit is applied to your total balance.
