Follow the steps below for a seamless application process.
Create an account on the CYO Camp site (click the button below after you read all of the below instructions); complete the online APPLICATION for the position you are interested in. We use a company called UltraCamp for our staff applications. The process looks like you are registering for a program and requires you to check out for your application to be complete.
Please note if you are applying for a residential position and planning on taking an online class you will not be able to work on this when you are at camp. Online class work must be saved for weeks you are not at camp.
Be honest; failure to disclose information can cause rejection of your application/withdrawal of any offer of employment at any time. There is not a deadline for submitting an application.
References: For all positions except Camp Assistant, new staff applicants are required to provide 2 references. These forms are a part of the application. It is required that you list names and contact information on the forms. Please list teachers, past or present employers or a member of the clergy. A reference link will be sent to those listed. References completed by co-workers, family members or friends will not be considered and will delay the application process.
New Camp Assistant applicants are required to provide two reference letters.
Someone may CONTACT you within two weeks to either arrange for an interview or to let you know the status of your application.
