How to apply?
We bring staff in through Camp America. They specialize in bringing camp counselors to the US. You would be required to apply and interview through them to be considered for employment at CYO Camp Rancho Framasa. Once you have been approved by Camp America you will also interview with someone from CYO Camp.

Summer Staff
Camp Rancho Framasa’s summer staff is made up of 60 college age individuals (18-24). Many are in college studying a field that will enable them to work with children such as education, special education, human development and family studies, outdoor education, therapeutic recreation and more!
Spring/Summer/Fall Staff
These individuals work as both Program Staff (either May or August, September or May and August, September) and Summer Staff (last week of May-last week 0f July).

Important information!
- We expect international staff applicants to read through our our website to learn more about what it might be like to work with us. We are also happy to answer any questions.
- International staff applicants may need to complete a CYO Camp Rancho Framasa application or submit references. We will use the application and references completed for Camp America.
- International staff will interview with a CYO Camp interviewer.
- Those hired will fly into the Indianapolis International airport which is an hour drive from camp. Someone from camp will pick up international staff and drive them to camp.
- Although we have specific dates for arrival to camp, we will work with international staff if they need to arrive early or late due the availability of flights.
- International staff will set up a US bank account in order to receive their pay. This includes visiting the Social Security office to obtain an social security number. Camp staff will guide international staff through this process.
